The movie itself is actually really dull and has very little to do with the dead calling back. It's actually more of a murder mystery where a woman is killed with a crossbow (points for creativity) and they are trying to solve it.
Eventually they decide to call her ghost and have her explain what happened. The weird thing is that one character knows the whole movie how to do that and yet they never think about putting the actual plan into action until near the end. Most illogical.
Anyway the commentary is of course funny, but not the best. The movie has long stretches where nothing is happening and it eventually gets to the point where they can't even come up with any ways to make fun of it.
Movie - 2/10 (seems to be the score I give all of them)
